EKOS Group Residential Parks Viewing Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid for viewings conducted between December 26, 2024, and January 31, 2025, inclusive.

2. One £25 Virgin Experiences Gift Voucher will be provided following completion of a viewing of an available park home unit at any of the following EKOS Group residential parks:
– Castle View Court (Show homes available)
– Outhill View (No show Homes)
– Dales View (Show homes available)
– Worlebury Bay (No show homes)
– Carlton Manor (No show Homes)
– Deers Leap (Show lodge available)
– Haveringland Hall (Show lodges available)
– Walworth Castle Park (Show homes available)

3. To qualify:
– Viewers must be aged 25 or over
– Viewing must be pre-arranged through our sales office
– Viewers must complete the full viewing of at least one available unit
– Only one Virgin Experiences voucher per household/couple regardless of number of units or parks viewed

4. The Virgin Experiences voucher:
– Will be provided to qualified viewers within 7 working days of their viewing
– Cannot be exchanged for cash
– Is non-transferable
– Cannot be used in conjunction with any other EKOS Group promotion
– Must be used in accordance with Virgin Experiences’ own terms and conditions

5. The promotion:
– Is not available to existing EKOS Group park home residents or employees
– Cannot be claimed retrospectively for viewings conducted before December 26, 2024
– Is limited to one voucher per household across all participating parks

6. EKOS Group is not responsible for:
– The availability of specific Virgin Experiences
– Any issues relating to the redemption of Virgin Experiences vouchers
– Lost or stolen vouchers once they have been issued to the viewer

7. Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

EKOS Group Residential Parks £1,000 Travel Voucher Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid for deposits paid between December 26, 2024, and January 31, 2025, inclusive.

2. A £1,000 travel voucher will be awarded to the first five customers who pay a deposit on a park home at any of the following EKOS Group residential parks:
– Castle View Court
– Outhill View
– Dales View
– Worlebury Bay
– Carlton Manor
– Deers Leap
– Haveringland Hall
– Walworth Castle Park

3. To qualify:
– Purchasers must be aged 45 or over
– A valid deposit must be paid and booking form completed
– The deposit must be paid within the promotional period
– The deposit must be for a minimum of the park’s standard deposit amount
– The purchase must be for a new agreement, not an existing reservation

4. The travel voucher:
– Will be provided within 28 days of the completion of the park home purchase
– Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative
– Is non-transferable
– Cannot be used in conjunction with any other EKOS Group promotion
– Will only be awarded if the park home purchase proceeds to completion
– Will be forfeited if the deposit is withdrawn or the purchase falls through

5. The promotion:
– Is strictly limited to the first five qualified deposits received across all participating parks
– Is not available to existing EKOS Group park home residents or employees
– Cannot be claimed retrospectively for deposits paid before December 26, 2024
– Is limited to one voucher per household/purchase

6. EKOS Group will notify successful qualifying customers before they pay the deposit, if you qualify as one of the first 5 winners.

7. EKOS Group is not responsible for:
– The availability of specific travel options
– Any issues relating to the redemption of travel vouchers
– Lost or stolen vouchers once they have been issued to the purchaser

8. If any of the first five deposits are withdrawn before completion, the voucher offer will be extended to the next qualifying deposit in chronological order.
